[BBGS-13]: Couplet Making--A strange but funny task

[How to do this homework?]
Please follow these steps to do this task--Making Duilian (對聯／对联).

1. Visit "Computer Couplet" website designed by Microsoft.
   
   
   
   
   
2. If your learning focuses on traditional Chinese, then you need to do either of these two:
   
   • launch a program, e.g. KEY software or Microsoft Word
   • visit "Google translate" site
     
   to help you convert between simplfied and traditional Chinese characters
   
   
   
   
   
3. Review your previous lessons in BBGS and pick a chengyu that can be used as a "comment", e.g. 不勝枚舉／不胜枚举；無可厚非／无可厚非；何樂而不為／何乐而不为. Use this chengyu as "the 2nd part" of the first verse（上聯／上联）.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in the blanks in the first part of the first verse. For example, 「凡人都愛銀彈無可厚非／凡人都爱银弹无可厚非」or「開衙門發財何樂而不為／开衙门发财何乐而不为」. (To convert your traditional characters into simplified ones, please do as follows.)
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Please type/copy your first verse into the box, then click the button "对下联" on the right.
   
   
   
   
   
6. You'll see a list of candidate verses for the 2nd verse（下聯／下联）. If none of them are good, please click the "换一种方式" link on the lower right hand side.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click on any character to form phrases that you feel comfortable. If there are some blanks that you cannot find any good characters to fill in, just type in your characters to complete the 2nd verse.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Then you can pick a "横批" to give a summary to complete the whole couplet. If none of the candidates are satisfactory, type in your own. If you don't need any "横批", then just click the link "不要横批" on the lower right hand side.
   
   
   
   
   
9. Display your couplet by clicking on the button--"秀对联".
   
   
   
   
   
10. [N.B.] According to the rule of couplet, the last character of the 1st verse must be either 3rd tone or 4th tone, while that of the 2nd, 1st tone or 2nd tone. Now that our choice is just against the rule, we need to switch the 1st and 2nd verses. With regard to "横批", it was traditionally "from right to left", therefore we need to flip it over.
